Roles and Responsibilities

Once you grow as a Consultant, you will work closely with Solution Architect/Technical Architect as a Consultant at the pre/post phase of the project. You might co-ordinate with other o9 consultants to configure the o9 platform and develop the o9 platform based on the designed by Architects with demonstrating your integration and optimization skills.

Or you might be responsible for and/or transforming the data came from customer into o9’s data format by utilizing SSIS, SQL, etc. You will be responsible for the enhancements post go-live and deliver them to solve deep operations / supply chain problems.

Once you grow as a DevOps Engineer, you will make the SaaS offering possible by integration of code from Jenkins and deploying it in multiple environments on multiple clouds (AWS, Azure & Google Cloud) using configuration management tool like Ansible. You will also try to explore newer tools and techniques like Docker with Nomad and Kubernetes. writing infrastructure tests, fixing automation workflows, improving CI/CD, building/deploying the latest code across environments, learning new DevOps tools, catching issues, providing solutions to users. You should be willing to make sure on the availability of the infrastructure.

Requirements (preferred)

• Major in Industrial Engineering (BC/MS degree)
• Basic knowledge/experience and/or interest in SaaS, SCM, SQL
• Capable for the professional communication in English (verbal, writing)

• Basic knowledge about Python, bash, powershell scripting
• C#, .NET knowledge, Ansible, Chef, puppet, Jenkins, CI/CD automation knowledge
• Understanding of core concepts of Windows, Linux for Administration, troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge, interest about cloud-powered platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Work location

• Seoul office of o9 Solutions (Autoway Tower, near Samsung station)
• Customer’s site (e.g. Samsung Bioepis, Doosan Infracore, etc.)
