Job Responsibilities:

|
Roving Service
- Perform roving duties at Changi Airport transit and public areas, proactive engagement of passengers to assist with flight related enquires, introduce and suggest facilities, retail and F&B options.
- Assist with queue combing at various key touch pointes e.g., outside of gate-hold rooms, arrival immigration halls, departure hall and coordination with relevant airport partners.
- Supports travel document-checks e.g. verification of vaccination certificates, boarding passes checks at the check-in rows.
- Perform Safe Management Measures (SMM) duties arising from new regulations/requirements as updated by the Authorities and/or CAG (Changi Airport Group) from time to time.
- Assist with setup and last mile escort service when government classifies a country or countries as “Restricted” and passengers from these countries need to be escorted on ground.
- Escalate/Report cases of non-compliance to superiors when necessary.
- Offer meet and greet service
- Offer giveaway items
- Offer trolley and baggage assistance
- Offer porter services handled by CAG appointed service provider upon request
- Engage passengers to establish their flight details and direct them to appropriate check-in counters or provide assistance on directions
- Engage passengers to advise them on GST Refund procedures
- Profile and facilitate passengers with special needs (e.g. elderly, pregnant, special needs)
- Provide assistance to passengers near FITV clusters on their queries on airport information, check-in procedures, GST Refund and LAGs issues
- Assist with queue combing and coordination with Ground Handlers
- Provide assistance to passengers near transfer lounges on flight connection/ transfer queries
- Offer to walk passengers to their destinations within the airport
- Proactive engagement of passengers to introduce and suggest facilities, retail and F&B options
- Conduct airport facilities tour when required
- Offer giveaway items such as toys to children at play areas, blankets to passengers at resting areas
- Provide customer service assistance before immigration, such as direct passengers to appropriate immigration counters, remind and assist passengers to complete disembarkation cards
- Provide customer service assistance at Baggage Claim belts or after Customs clearance, such as recommending transport options or assisting with baggage claim
- Proactive engagement of meet & greeters to determine if they are waiting at the correct terminal and belt sector
- Offer to take photographs for passengers
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by CAG and management
Static Duties and other services
- Provide end-to-end customer service for passengers /member of public or callers and attending to their enquiries, feedback and proactively proposing solutions to assist them on their needs.
- Being first line of response to incidents, medical and emergency cases, undertake appropriate mitigating measures on ground, and to escalate and activate relevant parties to follow up on the cases.
- Administer requests from customers for wheelchairs and baby strollers which are provided by CAG
- Be the first responder for medical cases, perform first-aid to casualties before handing over to medical team
- Provide basic frontline car park service such as answering car park enquiries, parking redemption, basic troubleshoot for the redemptions
- Provide Visitor Information on Singapore in regard to transport, accommodation, communication, places of interest
- Handle any ad-hoc services that are required at the counters relating to operations such as giving out of items and tokens
- Tracking of inventory at the counters and reporting this in the daily report
- Handle basic lost and found processes including CAG and Jewel
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by CAG and management
