Many Singaporeans are forgetting that

Sentosa is merely one of eight major

Unknown even to some Singaporeans,

the coronavirus situation might just be the

best time to explore these gorgeous

natural wonderlands!

Here's a guide to the most popular islands!

1. Kusu Island

Kusu Island (Turtle Island in Hokkien)

is perhaps the most popular of the

islands, being a common site for

pilgrimages to its temples.

If you're not the religious type,

you can still bask in its beautiful

lagoons, tortoise sanctuary and

its famed Wishing Well!

2. Lazarus Island

Loved for its pristine beaches,

it's a popular getaway for those

that want to escape the crowds

at Sentosa!

3. Big Sisters' Island

The strange name is attributed to an

old legend, where it is said that two

loving sisters who were forced to part

were turned into the islands to be

together forever.

very popular for snorkeling in its

pristine blue waters.

It is also home to Singapore's

first-ever marine park, so if you are

interested in marine life, it's the perfect

place to explore it without leaving

the country!

These are only 3 of the islands,

with others (including St John's Island)

available to be explored as well!
