1. Jewel Canopy Park

Chances are, you've been to

Gardens By The Bay, but did you know

When Jewel was built, it was touted to

bring a slice of Singapore's 'Garden City'

moniker to tourists, and it has done

so with the opening of Canopy Park,

Best thing is, it's A LOT cheaper than

Gardens By The Bay, with standard adult

rates going from SGD$4.50/5.

They even have a mirror maze,

which can be deceptively difficult

to navigate (make sure to use the

provided sticks to safely find your way

through the maze)!

2. National Museum Online Tour

Would you rather stay in the comfort of

your own home, while also doing something

interesting and fun for the family?

Well, good news, as the National

Museum of Singapore has a fully

digital interactive exhibition tour,

geared towards families with kids!

 

With a digitised version of the actual

exhibits and displays, you will almost

feel like you're in the museum itself!

The National Museum is the oldest

museum in Singapore (dating back to

1849), and you can explore some of

its heritage with the online exhibition here!

 

3. Mini-Golfing @ Holey Moley

We've previously featured this place

as a nice place for a date, but it comes

to reason that this mini-golf course also

doubles up as a great spot for the family,

especially at the lunch hours! 

We won't go into too much detail,

as we've already talked about this

place, but the fact that it's also a

restaurant means that it makes for

just about the perfect day out!

 

4. NERF Action Xperience

Wanna feel like a super soldier, or

the main character from Train To Busan?

The Nerf Action Xperience brings the

fun of shooting Nerf guns, without the

hassle of clean-up or maintenance!

Shoot zombies and take on obstacle

courses, with the peace of mind that

the foam 'bullets' used wouldn't hurt

your kids!

 

There's even a high elements course,

for the braver kids who want a challenge!

 

The gun selection rack reminds us of

countless movie scenes where the

character gears up before a big fight,

5. Mount Faber Tour!

This heritage tour around Mount Faber

Called the 'Mount Faber Gai Gai Tour',

you can get to know about the rich

history behind the mountain, as well as

a behind-the-scenes look of the

Singapore Cable Car!
