After much wondering of when exactly
the long-awaited Singapore-Hong Kong
bubble will start - we finally have news yesterday!
The bubble will begin with first flights happening
on November 22nd - with increased frequency
until it becomes daily from 7th December.
Travellers must test negative on a COVID-19
test within 72 hours from the flight's departure.
The closest thing to pre-COVID travel
we've had, the bubble proved extremely
popular, as tickets quickly sold out,
with the SIA Economy Class seat tickets
going from an average of $423 to over $1,000!
Fueling the demand was the start of the
year-end school holidays around that time,
which would most definitely have contributed
to the rush to buy tickets!
Will you be making travel plans soon?
