We've talked about Phase 3 in

a previous article, and we finally got

some new updates Tuesday evening!

Here's the latest news!

According to Minister of Health Gan Kim Yong,

Phase 3 will include :

- An increase in social gathering group size

from 5 to 8 people (including in homes).

- An increase in capacity for venues such as

museums, places of worship and wedding

receptions, with multiple zones of 50 people.

- More travel arrangements with countries,

as well as eased border control measures.

However, the eagerly awaited nightlife

businesses are still likely to remain closed

at the start of phase three.

These include bars, karaoke lounges

and nightclubs.

The government will also be progressively

implementing the use of the TraceTogether

app and token for some high-traffic spots,

in preparation for a mass roll-out islandwide.

This is slated to happen by end-December.

Let's hope that Phase 3 comes soon,

and brings with it a return of the activities

we all love, in a safe and secure manner!
