Now for the in-house marinated large intestine and cow tripe. The tripe has a unique look that looks like meat but also not quite. Tripe is famous for its hearty flavors and super chewy texture.

Combo set B includes small intestine, Black pork, and pig lower intestine.
This pork belly is not the typical one, it has a coule more layers of tasty and chewy fats. When cooked to golden brown perfection, it gets very nice and crispy while remaining the juice.
