What is Phyeonbaek Steamboat?

Phyeonbaek Steamboat dish is steam dish that contains pork belly, seafoods and various vegetables using Cypress Steamboat. With steaming, pork bellys in Phyeonbaek Steamboat have unique soft texture with sweet flavor. Phyeonbaek Steamboat is well-being and healthy food that are known to be effective in improving immunity, insomnia and relieving stress. However, Phyeonbaek Steamboat in KIM IL DO has somthing different characteristcs. KIM IL DO put pork belly, octopus, scallops, shrimp, king oyster mushrooms, bok choy, sweet pumpkin and bean sprouts at once.
