It surprised me. It was amazing from the visual. Well-ripe old kimchi, a lot of back ribs and tofu which looks fresh and squeezed at a glance. It was a perfect combination of three hits. You can feel the sour taste of the kimchi and savor the taste of the ribs. Also, a hot spicy taste is caught by the soft tofu.

It can definitely feed 2 to 3, great with soju and rice!

[Tender ribs]

Do you know the texture of the back ribs? It is not tough, but it is chewy texture. And it is unique. It is tasty. It is also a new signature menu of Jangwon. It is a dish that appears in many restaurants. However, many restaurants do not have Jangwon's technique, it is difficult to make delicious ribs.
