Specialized in traditional Napoli pizza & pasta and famous franchised pizza restaurant in Japan, Trattoria Pizzeria Logic has launched its 1st branch in Singapore 20 craig road near Tanjong Pagar!
Logic is baking their pizza with Junici Shoji’s special recipe who won ‘2012 Napoli pizza world championship’.
Napoli styled pizza has unique taste and texture unlike other pizzas.
Before taking a look at pictures of restaurant interior and food, let’s find out conditions of traditional Napoli Pizza.
[7 conditions of Napoli Pizza]
1. Napoli pizzas should be baked only at fire pot.
(Pizzeria Logic is baking their pizzas with firewood from Australia which makes more smokey flavor)
2. The shape of pizza should be rounded and diameter should below 35cm.
3. The temperature of fire pot should be over 485°C.
(Pizzeria Logic is baking their pizza at 490°C within 90 seconds)
4. The Topping should be Italian Cheese and Tomatoes.
5. Dough should be made by hands and the thickness of the dough should be less than 2cm.
6. The thickness of center should be below 0.3cm.
7. Pizza should be easily foldable and soft.
It needs a lot of effort to make real and traditional pizza.
I cannot even imagine how good pizzas are, made by 2012 Napoli Pizza Champ while meeting every condition.

You can see luxurious wine bar as soon as you enter the restaurant.
The overall interior is well mixed of blend of bricks and dark brown trees, giving it an antique and luxurious mood.

The traditional steak dish 'Tagliata' in Florence, Italy, one of the main dishes of the Pizzeria Logic. Can you see juicy steak? The salad and cheese served add to the meat's flavor.
[Paccheri with Nepolitan meat sauce]
Paccheri with Nepolitan meat sauce has a unique chewy texture and savory taste of the meat. Unlike the round side of a regular pasta, Paccheri is flat and very large. This pasta is made by boiling meatball sauce and Parmesan cheese for 20 minutes.
