In line with their fresh fish only practices, Mitsu has prepared a special course for the New Year festivities!
New Year Special Course is $68++ per person, add $39++ for free flow sake and sochu.

[Zensai (Appetizer)]
A refreshing appetizer, plated masterfully by chef Jacky.
[Omakase Sushi 6pcs]
Omakase, which means "leave it to me" in Japanese, so the Omakase Sushi set is decided by the daily catch.
Mitsu Sushi's omakase doesn't disappoint, you can clearly taste the freshness!
[Karei Karaage]
A deep fried flatfish, seasoned perfectly and grilled so that the skin is nice and crispy!
[Grilled Hokkaido Shellfish]
Freshly flown from Hokkaido, grilled on Japanese rock salts.
It is a flavor hard to find in Singapore,
but Mitsu Sushi does a great job executing the plating and unique grilling experience.
Grilling the shellfish right before eating it definitely made it tastier and a very unique experience.
[King Crab Nabe]
One of the most impressive looking dishes for sure, it's the King Crab Nabe!
Cooked in a Mitsu Sushi specialty broth, it contains the fresh crab, tofu, spinach, cabbage, and mushrooms.
