Locally, you can check out Popular, which acts as a bookstore retailer for K-Pop albums (like Kyobo Bookstore in Korea) - also, there is a small but friendly K-Pop store in Pasir Ris called Infinity Merchandise!
Otherwise, you can take a look at Carousell, which has a bunch of people reselling/stocking K-Pop albums, both new and old!
