top-class Korean cuisine anytime soon.

Thankfully, there's been a Korean

restaurant serving Michelin-star food

right on our shores, and you probably

haven't heard about it yet!

Meta, a One-Michelin-Starred restaurant

located in Tanjong Pagar has been

whipping up Korean-fusion dishes

that marry head chef Sun Kim's Korean

heritage, Western training and Japanese

tutelage under a Japanese chef.

He was originally born in Busan,

and he pays respect to this origin with

the frequent inclusion of fresh Korean

seafood in his menus, such as

in the seasonal Ok-Dom Rice!

The menus change according to the

seasons - once every three months,

and the restaurant offers both

tasting and lunch menus!
