NParks officers speaking to a couple at Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park on April 10, 2020.

FOREIGN WORKERS MUST REMAIN IN THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCE DURING “CIRCUIT BREAKER” PERIOD

If caught, a fine of $300 per person can be applied without written warning and the visa can be cancelled. Surveillance will be strengthened, including vehicle surveillance, drone mobilization, and plainclothes police deployment, so please stay at home as much as possible.

Foreign workers who work in F&B and the grocery store must return to their residence (home) as soon as they finish their work.

If you are caught meeting  someone other than those living in the same generation, the fine is $10,000 per person. They are inspecting it frequently.

In addition, grocery stores and supermarkets are not allowed to enter if you don't wear a mask, and you can be caught without mask.
