With Singapore being in Phase 2

for what seems like an eternity,

and with cases being under control,

many are asking when the nation will

make its move to Phase 3.

It seems that there will be plans

move into Phase 3 very soon!

COVID-19 Task Force Chairman,

Lawrence Wong, announced that

plans will be made in the coming weeks

to move towards Phase 3, the country's

'New Normal' where we will remain until

an effective vaccine or cure is found.

This would mean relaxed border control

measures, as well as an increase in the

number of people allowed to gather in public,

as well as in private settings like home visits.

In addition, it should pose as a sigh of relief

to establishments that have since not been

able to operate, including nightlife spots

and karaoke outlets.

Here's hoping our transition to Phase 3

is a smooth one, towards a safe New Normal!
