If you were a fan of the (unfortunately) short-lived girl group, PRISTIN, you’re in luck! 4 former PRISTIN members make their comeback in OSR Entertainment’s newest group HINAPIA (히나피아) - bringing with them a new, more mature image! (If you haven’t heard of PRISTIN, we highly recommend checking out their most popular single ‘Wee Woo’!)

 

After disbanding earlier this year, fans were ecstatic to hear whispers that some of the former members would debut under a new, smaller agency. However, questions have been asked about the nature of their new management, as OSR Entertainment is much more of an unknown compared to their previous agency, the up-and-coming Pledis Entertainment (home of Seventeen and NU’EST, among others). 

 

Nevertheless, their well-produced debut track, ‘DRIP’, leaves a tantalizing glimpse of their future, as they stake their claim as a refreshing new girl-group in this highly competitive climate. Time will tell how successful their first release will be, as they seek to promote and win show awards in the coming weeks!?

 

Armed with fans from their PRISTIN days, along with a steady stream of listeners longing for the edgy aesthetic and sound that they offer, we are sure that they are primed for the upper echelons of the K-Pop charts.
