So today, i'd like to teach you that how to make KIMCHI SOUP!
Recipe
Ingredients
1. Purchase old kimchi or fully ripe cabbage kimchi
2. Buy a greasy cut of pork
3. Purchase firm tofu
Preparation
1. Kimchi is washed, cleaned and drained the seasoning. Keep the remaining watery Kimchi sauce.
2. Pork meat is soaked in cold water for at least 2 hours to remove the blood and put the meat sauce ingredients (sake, garlic juice, ginger juice) and put them in.
3. Wipe the surface of the kelp, put the radish and onion with 2 liters of kimchi, boil for 30 minutes, add salt and pepper, put the kelp, turn off the fire and wait about 10 minutes.
